Rafe

He was paid to kill Asa. Now he’s obsessed with keeping him.

Rafe has never pretended to be a good man. He’s an assassin for hire who kills without guilt and walks away without looking back. Asa Trent should have been another contract, until Rafe finds him tortured, terrified and begging to live. Instead of pulling the trigger, Rafe takes him somewhere no one can find them.

Asa knows he should fear the man who was paid to kill him, but after a lifetime of being unwanted, four years behind bars and weeks of torture, he’s starving for affection. Rafe gives him safety, Christmas in a house hidden from the world, and a touch that never demands more than Asa is willing to give. Soon Asa is craving the dangerous man protecting him, while Rafe’s need to keep him close is becoming an obsession.

Someone still wants Asa dead, and Rafe will kill anyone who comes for him without losing a second of sleep.

The only thing that scares him is Asa leaving when it’s over.

Rafe is a dark M/M romantic suspense featuring an obsessed assassin, a touch-starved younger man, forced proximity, hurt/comfort, an age gap, Christmas in hiding, and a killer who will burn the world down before he lets anyone take what’s his.
